Let's get you ready to lead your school

If you are here, then you are the designated lead at your school! How exciting! It can sometimes feel overwhelming to take on a new approach and help embed it, but you have got this! We have done everything we can to make this process as simple as possible for you. We are also here to support you along the way!

Below you will find everything you need. We have split it in to three bite size sections to help you move through the stages.

Stage 1

1. Read the handbooks

First things first, it's time to get a really good understanding of the process and what is involved. Read through the handbooks with a cup of tea.

2. Watch this set up video

This short video explains how to set things up. Watch this once you have read the handbooks, it will help bring everything together.

3. Gather your baseline data

Next you need to gather your baseline data. We will need to see things like your existing behaviour policy, photos of your classrooms as they are now and the completed baseline assessment forms we have given you links for.

This link will take you to the learning platform which will guide you through the set up process. Just click 'next' to work your way through the information.

4. Upload your base line evidence to your folder

This short video explains how to use your evidence folder and where to find the assessment tools. Your baseline evidence should be added to this folder. All other evidence should be added here too as you move through the award process.

5. Download the data gathering spreadsheet

This spreadsheet will help you keep on top of the data you need to gather throughout the process so that you have everything ready for submission.

6. Make a plan for your school

Once you are familiar with the process and have gathered and added your base line data to your folder. It is time to roll out the course, PHSE lessons and daily practices.

First, you need to make a plan to share with your school.
