Video
Click below to access the lesson. The lesson is made up of a series of short videos designed for you to watch with the children. Stop and start when prompted to have a discussion with the class or work through the activity. Use the PDF guide to help you with your responses and language in the session to make sure it is therapeutic and a safe space for children to share their thoughts and feelings. There is no right and wrong here, it is about exploring thoughts together.
Additional Lesson Plans
You can use these alongside your PHSE lessons or add them into whole year planning where relevant. These lessons are not mandatory to achieve the award but they do make a huge difference to the children!
The lessons are:
- Were you stressed this week?
- Superhero Stress Video and Lesson (this one may feel a little young for some pupils)
These lessons all link to the taught online session so it is best to teach them after the core lessons. That said, some lessons might work for other year groups too.
